Not bad form at all. I imagine it would be in worse form to slam the back bumper of the driver in front of you and help push them along, though they might be greatful for the savings on fuel that your push would allow!
Personally, I would do far more than honk at the perpetrator of such an infraction!

I would say yes, it is considered a bad thing to honk at someone. Not because it\’s rude but because nowadays, they could have a gun.

This morning a brand new BMW decided to be in EVERY lane, because she couldn\’t find the fastest. She cut me off, then swerved out. When the middle lane wasn\’t fast enough, she tried to come back. I wouldn\’t let her. It was satisfying. Stupid and dangerous, but smugly satisfying. I promise to be better behaved on the way home.
And why would you eat something as nutritious as chicken or salmon? I just ate 4 mini-York Peppermint Patties. Mmm, delicious!
